In game crash to menu. Timeout error.

Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. On a rooftop
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Most recently, just had thrown a few grenades with squad and was engaging at least one enemy squad
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 2
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 05/08/2019 1400
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Game appears to be playing normally, then everything freeze for about 10 seconds or so and then I'm booted back to the main menu with a "timeout error" popup.
What should be happening instead? Not disconnecting 
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Hard to know how to reproduce. Seems to happen totally randomly, though perhaps more often when in contact with an enemy squad? Sometimes can get in dozens of games without and issue, sometimes it occurs every few matches.
