This is definitely a puzzling one. I'm off the next couple of days and leaving shortly here. We can pick this up again on Tuesday, but I really don't know what else to suggest other than contacting your ISP to see if they may have any ideas. Also, you could try opening the ports for NHL. They are listed here. That may help.

You'll just have to keep trying. They receive a very high number of messages through Twitter and Facebook so they don't see them all. You're pretty much guaranteed to get a response if you open a case here.

I'm really sorry to hear that. I definitely hate to see someone this frustrated and not being able to play our games. It's a very odd issue you have. If I come across another possible solution, I'll update here just in case you're still interested in resolving this. Take care and stay safe.
