Summarize your bug When trying to access the crate section on the in game menu it glitches out for about 30 seconds.

Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 26/04/18
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 17:03PM
In what game mode did the bug occur? Arcade Mode
What is your time zone? BST - GMT + 6:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Get your specialists to Look at the in game menu specifically for Microsoft Xbox One and see if they notice any issues when trying to access in game menu crates for the day. 2. Contact Microsoft and see if they have come across any issues from players when trying to access this feature in the In game menu.
What happens when the bug occurs? When trying to access the crate section on the in game menu it glitches out for about 30 seconds and I have to wait a long time before I can access my crate for the day, After the 30 second period is finished all seems fine and it lets me access my crate as usual.
What do you expect to see? I hope to see my glitch/bug gets investigated and fixed by your specialists at EA or DICE if needs to.

I wonder if this glitch/bug has got anything to do with the recent hotfix update specifically for Microsoft Xbox One?
Unfortunately I can't insert my image to help you guys out as I'm having issues as well including this on the compose section on your website because it just keeps coming up with a white screen for ever and seems to do nothing hope this gets fixed soon as well.
