Im not the only one lagging right? Server Lag

What happens when the bug occurs? Server lags when in a match, everything is slow for about 5 minutes, and after that it starts skipping frames. Most of the time my game will crash when this happens, but i have placed top 3rd in a very very laggy match. Notice that this was not a problem in season 3. Season 3 was so well optimized and i was able to get my full 144 fps. Not im struggling to get over 90, and sometime itll drop to around 30-40. Making the game basically unplayable. I know this is a problem on your end, because i have advanced launch options and my auto exec correct, so im getting max frames.
What should be happening instead? Should not be lagging

Summary: Game is just really laggy. Everything is slow and skipping frames. One time it took like 5 seconds for a bin to open, and like another 3 seconds just to actually pick up the damn loot. Lol.  I know im not the only one with this problem.
