Summarize your bug I received the inbox notification that a gift was available. I accepted and received the crystals and the guild event curency. I did not, however, receive the 20 IPD shards.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Accept the rewads.

Same issue should have had 50 shards but nothing still!
