How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play several games with a higher rated and a lower rated QB.
What happens when the bug occurs? Very low rated QB (<70 OVR) throw very few INT. The ball simply bounces off defenders hands.
What do you expect to see? As shown in today's (11/19) games, a QB with a low OVR (or AWR) rating should throw significantly more INT than a higher rated QB. In fact, the opposite is true.

As shown in today's (11/19) games, a QB with a low OVR (or AWR) rating should throw significantly more INT than a higher rated QB. In fact, the opposite is true. For the lower rated QB, passes will simply hit a defenders hands and then bounce off. My guess is that the software takes a QB's accuracy ratings into account when determining when an INT is made. However, this is not really relevant to interceptions. If the football completely misses the intended receiver and ends up near a DB, the defender can still make an interception no matter the QB's actual accuracy.
