Same here it tells me I have found 5/6 letters but have found them all.

Did you try what he suggested?

Just replay it after renaming the folder and see if that works. Worked for me even though I had Cloud Storage disabled(is enabled now though).

Summarize your bug So when I started up the warstory and finish it first time I had 5 letters and something like 7 challenges completed. When I tried the second time I found the 6th letter and did the other 2 challenges. However, when I looked inside 'my armory' I didn't get the Epic Last Tiger skin for mutliplayer. Even thouhg I have found all 6 letters it says I have only 5, but it sais in the right bottom that I got 6/6 letters. I tried to play the story again and I checked all the letter places but they are gone. I cannot pick up the letters anymore. So all in all, I am at a loss at the momet. Will this get fixed?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By playing the warstory yourself I guess? I have looked aroud the forum and more people seem to have this same problem.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't receive the special 'Epic Last Tiger' skin reward.
What should be happening instead? I should receive the 'Epic Last Tiger' skin reward after finish warstory.

As you can see in the pictures, I have 6/6 letters, but I don't have 6/6 letters in the left side of the screen. The problem is that I cannot pick up 6th letter anymore because it disappears after picking it up for the first time. I tried to replay it anyway 3 times but I just can't get the skin because of only 5/6 letters. Even thouhg I have 6/6....

Could not add 4 photo's, only 3 in post. So: tiger skin is still locked for me because I supposedly have to finish the enitre warstory.

I am having same issue. Start of story challenge beat chapter without repairing says completed but at the menu it says it is not completed. Was like this from the first playthrough I am now unable to get a skin I worked very hard for. Xbox one gt:theycallmedarko
