Madden 20 cloud franchise things to do not working

In 2 different online connected franchises it has started freezing and making it unable to advance the week for both my friend and I. We have tried transferring commissioners, adding new players, and using the companion app. However since the new update came out this issue has happened twice in 2 days with 2 different franchises. Rendering them essentially broken.

I’m having the same issue. Now my options aren’t there or grayed out.

EA game me troubling tricks that haven’t worked. If some how this works on my Xbox then how does this work for the other users in the league?

Same thing has happened to me too on xbox one since the new update came out. First one was in year 4 and then we started a new one yesterday and it happened again at the end of the first season!

I went to advance the week in my Cloud Franchise but its stuck on the screen trying to advance it. When I turn on the game of my Ps4, the only available option under "Things to Do" tab is Impove team. Everyone is stuck in this week, not able to play the game or advance the week

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? Things to do does not have the option to play games, scout players, train, etc.
What do you expect to see? Play next game, advance next week, resign players.
