[IL] Super Ultra Fast Speed Doesn't Activate While Mermaids Sleep in the Ocean [ Edited ]

What is your current game version number? 1.78.58.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Cottage Living, Journey to Batuu, Laundry Day Stuff Pack, Spooky Stuff Pack, and the kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a mermaid through CAS and have them sleep in any ocean located in Sulani.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game plays at normal speed or at best, ultra speed whenever I press 3 on my keyboard. However, the game's speed never goes 'super ultra fast' (activates while sleeping and working).
What do you expect to see? Super ultra fast speed to activate.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I've had this issue ever since I got Island Living. I'm not sure if this was designed by choice, but I find it frustrating to wait for my mermaid's energy level to slowly regenerate while they're sleeping on the ocean. If my mermaid sleeps on a bed, then the game will go into 'super ultra fast speed' as usual. There are no NPCs on my lot that would cause the game to return back to normal speed. I've tried repairing the game, removing cache files, and even testing it with a new save but I still get this issue every time.

@Kametisu Are there any other Sims around off-lot ?

Since the ocean is a public place, there might someone out and about that prevents it that isn't on your lot but anywhere in the neighborhood.

@crinrict Yes, there were some instances where there were other sims off-lot that caused this issue.

However, I tried again at 3:00 AM in-game and looked around the neighbourhood for any sims. Even without any sims off-lot, the game's speed doesn't go 'super ultra fast'.

@Kametisu I've had this problem since day one and it's ridiculous. I don't have people on my lot when I try to sleep

@Kametisu If you build a pool and have the mermaid sleep there, does super speed work ?

@crinrict Super speed doesn't work when my mermaid sleeps in a pool either. Seems like sleeping in water doesn't work for mermaids in general.
