What happens when the bug occurs? The description of the plants doesn't match the description of the seeds on what season they can be grown in. The game seems to go by the description of the wild plants.
What do you expect to see? The plant description and the seed description to match what season the plants can be grown in.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
