[IL] Grim Reaper Glitches if a Sim Dies on Ohan'ali Town Fishing Pier [ Edited ]

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make a Sim die on Ohan'ali Town Fishing Pier
What happens when the bug occurs? The Grimm Raper apear on medium deep water, jumpes up and down an gets stuck there. (I added a video)
What do you expect to see? That the Grimm reaper is able to do his work
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@crinrict Yes, but it didn't work.
I was stuck, because the Grimm Reaper apparition disables normal controls. Exit without saving (and losing everything) is the only option.

The problem is not in the save file, the problem happens if a sims dies on a particular part of the pier. Here is the save file anyway Save File

The household that is currently being played is good for triggering the the bug, because vampires are easy to kill on a particular spot (by sunlight)

This is happening to me also, when a Sim dies the Grim Reaper appears and does nothing.  Yes I turned off my Mods to see if that problem still occurred and it did.  This Bug seems to have appeared after the last game patch.

@AvePlumosa Thanks for the save. It's for convenience sake that I wanted it cause you already have a Sim dying there. I'll pass your save on though as something came up and I don't have as much time for testing myself currenty.

@DovEretz62 On that same spot ? Does he spawn in the water too ?
