What do you expect to see? The option to not be available until level 6.

Steps to finding the bug
- Join the conservationist career
- Get promoted to level 5
- Put the boat into the water
- Get on the boat
- The option for "flower sails" appears on the boat
At level 5 when it appears, there is no option to deactivate it.
