[IL] Dolphin in relationship panel disappearing, cannot talk to dolphin anymore [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.76.81.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All EPs, all GPs before Batuu.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a human sim befriend a dolphin. Wait around 1-2 days. Observe the friendship panel and try to speak to the familiar dolphin in the sea.
What happens when the bug occurs? The relationship panel 'forgets' the familiar dolphin and bugs out. Displays the grey llama error image instead of dolphin, with no name, only the relationship level. Going into the sea and calling the familiar dolphin over works, however the sim will not "Talk to Dolphin". "Talk to Dolphin" is selectable, but all attempts to interact with the dolphin will fail.
What do you expect to see? Being able to interact with the dolphin as normal, the relationship showing up correctly in the relationship panel.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Interacting with a dolphin works fine, but waiting a day or so makes the relationship panel icon for the dolphin bug out, and sim can call the dolphin over, but all options to interact with the dolphin will fail. This is happening at all relationship levels with the dolphin - acquaintances, friends, best friends. Unsure if mermaid-dolphin bonds are working properly, this happened with a human sim.
