I won my Grand arena battle but it registered as a loss, I don't know what's going on with this game but it's been riddled with bugs the last couple of weeks, it's getting super frustrating and it's hard to enjoy playing when this is going on.

We have checked the logs available to us and it appears you encountered a game crash during this battle so it counted as a loss.

The team are aware of increased rate of crashing since the most recent title update. They are working to reduce these over the next several title updates. More information can be seen in the below link:

Unfortunately, nothing can be done to change the result of any GAC Battles, the results are final.
