hello lord im here to try help you 100%
It happens a lot for me before too.
What i realize when it happens i was using a vpn !
But is not only that to be sure you got your problem fix ,
every single time you open the game
wait 1 minute in the loading screen and open data center and put you server region more closest to you ! it can solve your problem but
if you feel the "teleports" again , you can call your isp
or you can do by your self with your ip getaway
to see ip (search for comand and open as administrator and put "ipconfig")
i will see your ip getaway and you can put on your google search and it goes for your router and you can port foward !
port foward for me solve all my conection issues on apex
i will leave you the ports you need to open !

I saw a little bit of rubberbanding at the end when you were downed. Check out the connection troubleshooting steps below in the link. There is also a free tool you can download called the UO Trace which will show you average ping time, packet loss, and ping variance. It's a great way to identify if there is a server site the connection is being hung up at along the way to the servers.
