Twitch prime skin missing

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Looking at my pathfinder’s skins

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay

Thanks for the reports. It's gone missing a couple of times in the past, but it wanders back eventually.

Hello, I have an issue regarding my pathfinder skin. It was removed. I know a lot of people are dealing with this as well. I read that it was removed off of some accounts due to an exploit people were using on PC to get the skin for free somehow. I play on xbox and I've had twitch/Amazon prime for years and got my skin the correct way. Is there any way for me to get it back? I don't know why mine was taken away in the first place. 

A response would help a lot.

What happens when the bug occurs? in Pathfinder's catalog that tells me that there is a new skin but when I go to it there's nothing there.
What should be happening instead? show my prime skin

Hi, I was trying to get the skin from Amazon Prime but I accidentally put it on my PC instead of the Xbox one. once I fixed the account link, i some how got it in both platforms, After a couple days i lost Xbox one version even though I wanted it in the Xbox.
Then the Xbox version of Apex had this Glitch that keep telling me that I have a new skin for Pathfinder but when I go to it there's nothing there. 

and still till this day it's still there. all I want is this bug to be fixed and would like to have this skin back.
