I lost my skin on Apex Legend ( Pathfinder twitch prime Skin)

Contacted EA today and they told me that they had no way of tracking the reward and no ETA on a fix to provide players who lost the skin,.

I literally was playing with it for a week solid when the promo dropped and it's gone.

Got my Alpha Omega pathfinder skin back! Didn't do anything, it was just back in my inventory.
