I lost my skin on Apex Legend ( Pathfinder twitch prime Skin)

Where did the issue occur? Just logging in after being off for a few months

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Returning to the lobby

How often does the bug occur? This is the only time its happened
How severe is your issue? pretty important considering that was my main character for a while
What happens when the bug occurs? It removed my pathfinder omega skin!
What should be happening instead? Me being able to have the omega skin in my inventory
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Looking at my skins (if possible)

I contacted live chat twice and they say it's resolved but I still haven't got my Omega Point Pathfinder skin. I got the recent twitch prime Bangalore and Wattson skins no problem but my pathfinder prime is missing. I even tried re linking my twitch prime account but it still didn't work.

I have also lost the Omega skin for Pathfinder I contacted ea support and they said that they will contact me when they can possibly get my skin back.
