I lost my skin on Apex Legend ( Pathfinder twitch prime Skin)

Was playing two days ago and I still had it, updated today and jumped back in and it was gone.

They sent me an e-mail explaining how to solve this, erasing some data from the game etc... but it didnt work.

Le adjunto los pasos que tiene que seguir:

Borrar cache de Origin

-Completamente cerrar sesión y cerrar Origen
-Mantenga presionada la tecla de Windows y R
-Escriba "% ProgramData%" (sin comillas) y haga clic en Aceptar
-Ahora abra la carpeta Origen.
-Elimine todos los archivos y las carpetas en la carpeta de Origen, a excepción de LocalContent (no elimine este)
-Mantenga presionada la tecla de Windows y R
-Escriba "% AppData%" (sin comillas) y haga clic en Aceptar
-Esto lo llevará a una carpeta Roaming, que se encuentra dentro de AppData. Eliminar la carpeta de origen
-Haga clic en la palabra "AppData" en la parte superior de su ventana
-Abra la carpeta Local aquí
-Eliminar la carpeta de origen enumerada aquí
-Reinicia tu PC y vuelve a iniciar sesión en Origin

@Ozono131 As far as I'm aware there's no player-side steps to address this,changes would need to come from our side for now.

So at least my twitch pathfinder skin is gone.

Is this a bug or a mistake?

@DaAceXD I saw a different post with the same issue and they said that they are working on a fix for it. I haven't checked if i still have it myself. But i hope so.
