What happens when the bug occurs? I don’t get points in my rivals and I hope I don’t fall to diamond
What do you expect to see? I hope I can get my points and not be ranked diamond

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Last night I played HUT Rivals games as usual, but I was not receiving rovals points at the completion of the games. I did however receive the roughly 650 coins that come with each win. I played 3 games, 2 wins and 1 loss without receiving any points.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game ends as normal, but on the rank progression screen no points accumulate. There is also a small glitched symbol that appears right in the middle of the screen. Upon exiting the game, the points were not added to my weekly total.
What do you expect to see? I expect to receive the 850-950 points per game that would normally be awarded for rivals wins.

@EA_Aljo If I had reached the 50 game cap, which I don't believe that I had, would there not have been a message that the cap had been reached? If you look at the screenshot that I posted, there was none.

There is no message, unfortunately. HUT Champions games also count towards your Rivals cap. If you played those games this weekend, that is most likely why you stopped receiving points. Since Rivals reset yesterday, you should be getting them now.
