I didn’t receive the players I bought on the transfer market

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 11:30
What is your time zone? EET (ART) - GMT + 2:00
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can find the bug buy checking if you received the players you bought.If you don’t receive them then you have found the bug.
What happens when the bug occurs? If I buy a player on the market it doesn’t get transferred to my club
What should be happening instead? After buying players I should be receiving the players in my club

I bought about 5 or 6 high rated players and I received  none of them in my club.I spent about 1 million coins on them.Please may I have them back. I saved up for so long.

Usually this problem is solved by itself in ~24 hrs or less. If you will not receive your players after 24 hours, you should contact EA's Customer Support at https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

In order to get in touch with someone via Live Chat or get a call back, follow these steps:

1. Set your country to US;
2. Click on "Help with a Game";
3. Choose your game and platfrom;
4. Then select your topic;
5. Then click on "Select contact option";
