What happens when the bug occurs? I bought an apex time and while I was opening the pack my game began. After the game there was no apex pack, no new items and most importantly my apex coins were taken away (which I have paid for).
What should be happening instead? We should be getting items
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check my account to confirm that my apex pack disappeared together with 100 coins. I wish to get the coins back or as I wanted to get my apex pack.
