What should be happening instead? the button should be colored normally and can be pressed to be claimed tryed to click nothing happens

NUMEROUS people have not received their Legendary Hunt Challenge rewards from weeks ago..
I can't be anymore upset and outraged at the amount of issues that go unaddressed. We paid for a battlepass, and were promised skins along with it... I've received absolutely no skins, despite completing each challenge numerous times.
Personally i won't be buying a season 2 battle pass until this issues has been resolved. Weeks of waiting with only a "we're working on it" kinda sucks. 1 out of 4 rewards recieved when i completed them all in the first 2 days is a bit of a kick in the teeth to be honest lol.
