How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Follow my step. 1. Keep full the all slot of Sim 2. Ask to move-in another Sim 3. After you got the message that a new Sim moved-in town, click 'okay' button. Then the moving in will be denied because your Sim slot is full. 4. Make a empty slot by retiring and, click 'okay' button. Then I received the same message again.
What do you expect to see? Successfully moved-in

I got could not move sim' message like a screen shot.
The problem is I still got the same message after I retired my Sim.
This is my past steps.
1. Keep full the all slot of Sim
2. Ask to move-in another Sim
3. After I got the message that a new Sim moved-in town, click 'okay' button.
Then the moving in was denied because my Sim slote were full.
4. Make a empty slot by retiring and, click 'okay' button.
Then I received the same message again.
How can I get the moved-in Sim successfully?
Do I need re-install the game?
Is it the problem regarding some cache?
This message always keep stay in my message box.
In present I have four Sim slots and three Sims.
But this problem is still happening.

In my cases the message doesn't expire....
This message is keep staying several couples of weeks in my message box.
Even I reinstall the game, the status has not changed. Do you know why?
