I can’t log into my account

When I go to log into my account I get the main screen and go to continue but then I get a black screen and get kicked out of the game. I’ve never seen this before and can’t find a solution because of this I tried making a smaller account and everything works everything I used on the other account works here but for some reason I can’t get the main account to load up

I've had this problem for a week now. Contacted EA support directly, the Twitter and on the forums. No luck finding a solution.
