Could you test a few things:

- As a test reset the BFV config by removing the Documents\Battlefield V\settings folder and restart the game (save the folder and place back if the same happens)

- Reset windows keyboard layout or try 'english-us international' as main keyboard layout  and remove non used layouts

-Check if the correct sound recording device is selected under windows recording devices > 

-Does your microphone work in the microphone  > properties > Listen?
