Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:iOS
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) iPad Air 3, iPhone 11
OS Version 16.2
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to make a purchase, I’m not sure
What do you expect to see? I expect the app verify my Face ID and give me my transaction with the product loaded in my game.
Connection Type Mobile
Please select your region North America
Country United States

I go to make an in-app purchase for the Sims Mobile game and then the game reloads and says no transactions or no money was removed from your account. Or it says restart the game and try again. But I have already restarted the and downloaded it on to another device where I could purchase again at first and then it stopped working on the new device. So can you please fix this bug/problem or can you please slow down the progression of my game so that I don’t miss out on anything. Thanks

Hi, this error may be with your bank. Contact them and explain your problem. I had similar problems. It's okay now.  @lflsobn2wvb0

@themobile_spear merhaba bende aynı sorunu yaşıyorum ama benim banka hesabımda bir sorun yok sadece "yeniden başlatın" tarzında uyarı veriyor ama işe yaramıyor ne yapmalıyım?
