What happens when the bug occurs? I have unlocked tier 2 challenges for the shotguns but the achievement will still not unlock
What should be happening instead? The achievement should unlock

 Happened with me because the counter of tier one stuck but progress continues so the game skip the first tier necessary for achievement but finish the second one ( Elite kills )

This has happened to me as well despite having most shotgun challenges completed

Now all shotgun challenges are level 3 but still I didn't get the trophy.  So disappointed.

@Crossy1986 I started over on another account this past week finished all shaotgun challenges and still the achievement didn't pop. I had this happen with the assult rifes too but the achievement poped while I was playing a different game at a random moment
