I am the only one spawning in my squad every time I play as a champion

What happens when the bug occurs? When playing in random squads as a champion (EU servers), I am either the only one in the lobby or, even if the squad is full in the lobby, their connection breaks when the match starts. This happened to me every time I was a champion, I am the only one that spawns in my squad.
What should be happening instead? There should be 2 more people in my squad.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Win a game, start a new match with random squad
Every time when I play as a champion, I am the only one that spawns in my squad. Either I am the only one in the lobby or everyone else disappears/has broken connection icon over their name at the match start.
