Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play in fut champs qualifying final
What happens when the bug occurs? every time i get to the final i get disconnected and cannot get volland and even though i used the auto qualify tool on ea help i still didn't get tots volland
What should be happening instead? i get tots volland
please help as i want tots volland

@marcusakete This is not something that we can help with on AHQ. If you think you should have received the player and given it 7 days then you will need to speak with live support.

this is not to do with connection issues anymore as I have had those checked, instead I have not been given tots volland despite being given a win of the daily knockout tournament this week after problems with the EA servers

I have and my online gameplay is working correctly and this is no longer the problem I am facing, that problem is that I have not been given the tots Volland card even though I was told previously when on the qualifying for FUT Champs help section I was told I would be given a win of the daily knockout tournement

ok it has not even been a day yet so I will check it with live supporrt in a week.thank you for your help
