I do not have screenshots because it goes black when the game crashes

We have checked the logs available for us and cannot find anything out of the ordinary to cause crashes. If you haven't already, could you please take a look at the troubleshooting steps for iOS to try and help with the crashed.

I have cleared cache on my phone. I now have to do it before it every battle. I posted because I have already followed the troubleshooting steps and don’t know what else to do!
