I Found A Bug on the View Squads Tab

Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. the entire game ever since the game started
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. nothing happened, its persistent through multiple games and through updates
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? a couple, maybe 2 dozen, more or less

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I cant see my squad mate's stats and names, altho I can barely see their levels
What should be happening instead? The squad tab should be displaying correctly, definitely NOT the screenshot I sent
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know, it randomly happened

The bug never got fixed ever since the first time I experienced it and only now that I figured to maybe send it.
