I can't add my friend.First,we tried to send each other a friend request trough Origin,but we didn't receive that request.Then we tried to link our steam accounts.We did that,we were friends on steam,our friend lists are empty.Then we tried to find a resolution on Google and Youtube.Nothing.Please help

I had a simular problem with the Origin App for the PC. Downloaded Apex and Origin, but am not able to add friends. Eventually I fixed it somehow and send a friend a request, but he nerver recieved it :/ When I closed and opened Origin then, it had the same problem as earlier.

The way I was able to finally figure it out with my friend (couldn't add each other for weeks). 

He had to search my profile on the origin launcher. On my profile page was where he could accept my friends request.

No requests would show up as pending, or warning, or on the friends list... was only done by going directly to my profile and clicking accept there.

BLOCK THEM THEN UNBLOCK THEN BOOM IT WORKED FOR ME

same but i blocked my friend, unblocked, then i sent friend request and it worked
