Hygiene need

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.69.59.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, game packs and stuff packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Hygiene needs bar
What happens when the bug occurs? Theres a hygiene glitch where it just decays seconds later if you use stats.fill_commodities it and doesn't go up at all if you let them shower/bath And the spellcaster sims use spell to clean themselves and its decaying after seconds there as well
What do you expect to see? Hygiene bar to go from red to green when in the shower instead not changing at all.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Mainly happens with spellcaster sims.

@jessica1997butle Thought stats.fill_commodities was disabled without mods ?

Does it decay if you use the cheat or just generally ? Having troubles understanding what you're saying.

It does drop at double speed for mermaids though

Is that the only need you have issues with ? On all your Sims or just one ?

Stats.fill_commodities has always seemed to work without mods.

It decays in seconds on most sims but more so with spellcasters.

Yes it's the only need I'm having issues with. 

The showers and baths don't fill the need at all. The cheat decays it after a few seconds and the spell for cleanliness decays after a few seconds as well.
