Hut, world of chel, customization bugs

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? So far every game mode has a bug. Items not showing up in HUT, WOC, and all customization screens so far.
What happens when the bug occurs? Black screens in HUT. No pictures for anything in WOC, or on player customization screens.
What do you expect to see? What I payed for

Some of the rewards for chel challenges don’t show, neither did any of the animations for the hockey bags, or the customization screens. Animations aren’t showing up for HUT cards. I stopped playing because I don’t want to loose my preorder perks. But I think I did

It's possible the following steps could help with this:

Delete anything NHL 21 related off your console.

Go to your consoles online store through a web browser and initiate the download.

Make sure the game and the update are both 100% installed. Do not enter the game while they are still installing.

Power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up.

Try playing again and let me know if it's working or not.

This is happening to WAYYY too many people, myself included. $100 on a game that doesn't work as it should.
