Hut daily objectives. Failed to retreive data

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? HUT Daily Rewards
What happens when the bug occurs? When I try to claim rewards from daily objectives I get ”Failed to retrieve data”-message and I’m kicked out of HUT
What do you expect to see? Rewards being claimed and new objectives to fulfill
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

Having bug that i cannot receive rewards on daily objectives on hockey ultimate team i am completed those but cannot receive those

Hi there, @Ruzakko91.

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

I also had this issue and posted a thread here which I dont see anymore. I Will try this later when I come home and update you with the result.

@EA_AljoNope. Did not work. I was in contact with chat yesterday and tried several other things that did not work. Like deleting save data files and restoring licenses for ps4. Rebuilding database from safe-mode.

Maybe you have to reboot servers

@EA_Aljo it dont work either i tested and still same problem error cannot still collect my daily objectives hope this will fix soon
