Huge bug in PVP yesterday

Yesterday, during PVP, I had a bug in which I was totally unable to act, the timer started at 2:59 and never changed, and there was nothing to do but quit out.  I lost the match, and it kept me out of the next tier of rewards.  I'd like some help and reimbursement.

Some information that might be helpful: 

1. Which device are you on, which OS version is installed?
2. At what time did you roughly start your match?
3. Were you connected to a WiFi network?
4. Which team were you using?
