Same thing happened to me. Checked firewall, Clean install of app on two different devices. Tried on different network as well. Still no connectivity. Kinda feeling the same anymore. Get rid of these launcher requirements that hamstring our ability to use the product we paid for!

Yeah I recently downloaded the Daring bundle via the epic games 

Linked my ea and epic accounts together but I'm get the error code same as yours.

Hey Man, I faced the same problem too, turns out my vpn was on. If you turn it off (atleast in my case) it worked.
