To help us investigate, please provide as much detail as possible about the error, as it's challenging for our teams to identify potential causes without it. While there likely isn't a single root cause for everyone, these errors can occur due to internet interruptions, antivirus programs, network policies, or other factors on your PC.
If you've tried all the troubleshooting steps, including updating the client, clearing the EA app cache, or repairing the EA app (Windows only), and you still encounter the "Something went wrong - There is a problem with your account" or "Something went wrong - Due to the effects of a particularly stubborn issue, you will need to log in again." errors with code EC:10000 or EC:10500, please refer to the template below for instructions on providing the necessary data for our teams to investigate further.
Thanks for your cooperation.

Hi everyone,
We experienced a temporary outage affecting some EA app services, causing some users to receive the EC:10000 error when trying to launch or log in. This issue was resolved around 10:30 am GMT+1 this morning.
Thank you for reaching out in the thread.

Hi Friend.
I had the same problem today. I was logging in with email id.
I for some reason then tried logging in with EA ID instead of email then this error went away.
You can give this a shot if you havent figured out any other options yet.
Hope this could be helpful!

Every Time I try to log in, it shows Error code EC 10000 (sometimes EC 10500). What's the point of purchasing EA Games if all the games I have purchased, I can't access anymore? Origin worked fine, you destroyed every credibility left by moving to EA App which is not working for most users. On the rare occasions that I'm able to log in, it doesn't launch games.
CM edit: edited title for clarity.

Those error messages generally point to a system related issue rather than EA app one @priteshstayade.
What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

I have an issue with opening your app and have been having one for the past few days. I have made no purchases on the ea app. I only play the (free) sims 4. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired, and restarted my windows 11 computer. I haven't made any changes to my computer, so this isn't a problem on my side I have spent more than 200$ dollars on The Sims 4 game. have YOU spent 200$ on The Sims 4 game?? NO!!! so I suggest you take a page out of Dora the explorers handbook and lend me a helping hand. I feel betrayed, used, and sad because I'm already depressed enough spending more than 200$ dollars on a video game just to not even be able to open the app I access it on. I see another person having a similar issue so this is a common issue, it's just you disregarding to fix your app. Be so for real you have a multimillion-dollar app for what? what are you spending that money on? because I bet it isn't the sims 4 like I am. So, please help someone who is BROKE and SAD. I just want to open your app that you don't even care to fix. its giving neglectful. Please send help so I don't have to spend another 200$ dollars. The problem is so random enough as it is I really don't need to be neglected right now like you are neglecting the rest of the users with this problem.
I login like normal then the window closes then opens back up saying "something went wrong, there's a problem with your account error code:10000."
p.s, I will sue.
Love, Diamond
