The EA Platform has been showing a 500 error for the past week now. could you guys please assist with this. it's holidays and I've been wanting to play my games.
Please advise on this ASAP.

For anyone running into this issue continuously, if you could run the EA Error Reporter, submit your report, then post your Report ID in this thread it would be helpful for our investigation.

Summarize your bug When I click on a game in the app or try and launch it, or download another game it comes up saying ERROR 500. I have tried redownloading app, resetting internet etc but nothing has changed.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Clicking on a game in the app.

Things are taking a little longer to load. Hang tight while we try to solve the problem. When I try to launch the game, it takes me to 500 Error..."Something Went Wrong.... Server encountered a mysterious error. try again in a little bit". This has lasted for over 12 hours. Please help.... I am getting agitated.

I'm having the same error with the same game!

Same issue but now with every game on EA app. Cannot play or even view any game information (including uninstalling the game). Cannot launch any games using their exe files either

I encountered the same problem. Its been 2 weeks and I tried to consult the team no genuine response.
