How do I get in touch with the developer to retrieve my account(That I put money into)No I don't know my game Id but I know my gamer name and lvl and last rank. Your people who answer the phones aren't very helpful what do you pay them to do other than say "we can't do anything for you ,or connect you with someone who can".This being said I NEED A DEVELOPER TO CONTACT ME SO I CAN CONTINUE MY STAR WARS GALAXY HERO GAME THAT because of people like the two i spoke to aren't trained to fix or solve my technical problem that is happening with this game for the past 2 days.Or else I want my money back.Since no one is able to do anything to help me remain a happy customer.
