Houseless Lot Grocery Delivery Problems

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure. Have a lot with no house, no door. Edited lot before the delivery to put a space for the bag to go. NPC never showed up, claimed no one was there - despite two household sims active on the lot! Left a notif they left it on the lot. It is nowhere on the lot.
What happens when the bug occurs? Never receive ordered groceries even though notification says it's left on the lot. The above was the second order. The first never came, never any notification. Took the money and that it. No basement.
What do you expect to see? NPC delivering groceries, grocery bag/s somewhere.

Please describe the patch or change you made. Standard Sims 4 patcher.

No issues on a normal lot with a building, with doors. Even if I lock said doors, they leave it on a outdoors table or the ground. May be an issue with houseless (thus doorless) lots and delivery systems expecting a door! Cammpsite lots don't need a building in them.

Also happens with no mods/cc ?
