Summarize your bug Hounds tooth basic is giving Biggs more and more protection once he hits.. all I can think of is that he's dispelling target lock and the target lock is reapplied in the same shot some how. Noticed especially on retribution .

It's not Biggs. It's the presence of Vader's Tie Fighter:

"Advanced Targeting System: Target Locked enemies have -25% Tenacity and immediately regain Target Lock for 2 turns whenever Target Lock expires on them. In addition, Empire allies gain 15% Turn Meter whenever they attack a Target Locked enemy."

Find a way round Biggs to take out Vader, problem solved.

Youve already explained the mechanic yourself. No bug as far as I can see.

Can you point me to where that mechanic is outlined? As far as I can see his basic says dispel debuffs on him and Biggs doesn't say reapply target lock if dispelled.

Thanks, I can't remember if vader was there but that would explain it. Will keep an eye, thanks for the tip
