Horse ranch bug

Sims 4, Horse ranch, get together, tiny living, cottage living, city living, get famous, get to work, cat & dogs, paranormal, discover university, parenthood, bowling, moshino, laundry day, werevolves, island living, my first pet stuff, romantic garden, seasons, jungle adventures, vintage glamour stuff, movie hangout, holiday celebration
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play sims horse ranch, creat a sim with a horse, live on one of the smaler lots, get 2 mini goats, and 3 mini sheaps, after a while the sim will star laging, the time will go but the sim it self wont move or do new tasks.
What happens when the bug occurs? The time will go but the sim won't move, exampel the sim is workin 8-12, the time goes to 17 but the sim is still at work, if you swap to a new family in another world the time goes back to 10 again. this only happens to my sims that i play with in the horse ranch world, the other sims in other worlds are not affected.
What do you expect to see? Be able to play the games as it's supposed to be, without the time getting stuck and the sim not doing anything, since now i can't do anything playing with sims at the horse ranch, and i am losing all the ranch activities i had planed in.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

The sims 4 Horse ranch bug make me not able to play that game at all, i have tried to repair the game but it is not working either.
