Horse Buff 'encourage training' expires before competition is finished

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? successfully encourage training on your horse and immediately participate in a competition
What happens when the bug occurs? the horse's confident buff always runs out shortly before the competition is finished, because both the buff and the competition have a duration of 60 minutes
What do you expect to see? I'd expect the buff to remain during the entire competition, until the winner was determined
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

The buff is called 'buff_Horse_Moodlets_Confident_HorseTraining_Encouragement' and it has a duration of 60 minutes according to it's xml tuning file.

I did a test on when the competition's outcome is determined.
- I started a competition (western pleasure, master level)

- saved the game shortly before the competition was finished

- waited for the outcome: gold

- went back to the menu without saving

- reloaded the save

- waited for the outcome again: not ranked

- went back to the menu without saving again

- reloaded the save again

- had another outcome: silver

This small test shows that the competition's outcome is determined at it's completion (as one would assume) - when the buff has already expired.

Which makes the entire buff pointless, since according to it's description it's sole purpose is to increase chances for winning a competition.

The bug would also apply to 'buff_Horse_Moodlets_Confident_HorseObstacles_Success', which also has a duration of 60 minutes. In case it was intended to have an effect on competitions.
There's probably other buffs as well.
