Summarize your bug Reward for the third anniversary advertised a holographic card. Nothing(?) was received for this?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Gift yourself the reward again from the 3rd anniversary on a test account I would imagine is the only way to test it.

It rewards a "Title", which you can find in your profile title tab.
