How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Holdo’s zeta mechanics are bugged. The recover query should be "For All from Ally Side who are Alive and is selftag_amilynholdo" not "For Self who is Alive". Due to this, Holdo does not heal herself when she gains taunt, but heals the Resistance ally that lost FS (not given from her basic) for 2 x 10% for every instance of FS they have, and she continues this healing of Resistance allies as they lose foresight even after her death. A special thanks to scuba for helping me find the issue.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use Resistance toons with Holdo. ie Rey Jedi Training lead, BB8, R2, Poe, and Holdo.

UPDATE

Did you catch that client restart? A mini game update has been pushed to address the following:

Abilities 

• Holdo: Zeta upgrade of "Quiet Confidence" will now heal Holdo instead of the ally with expiring Foresight
• Holdo: "Quiet Confidence" will now give Taunt to Holdo if Foresight is dispelled

To add to this simply fixing the recover query to "For All from Ally Side who are Alive and is selftag_amilynholdo" will cause Holdo to heal 2 x 10% for every instance of FS lost by the resistance ally because it looks for a loss of "foresight" 

Like many buffs Foresight has 2 buffs associated with it one for physical evasion (dodge) and one for special evasion (deflection). In the case of foresight both the physical and special sides are called "foresight" so the system sees a loss of 2 x "foresight" for every loss of the buff. Foresight is the only buff with the same name for both the physical and special damage component.

I know she is slow but even with +50 and speed 186 I have on her she should be going before some of the teams i face in GW I face but she isn’t moving, are you sure her speed is working properly?
