RichBoyFlexer is my gamer tag on PS4 and I am having the failed to retrieve data every time I try to play HUT and I’ve spent a lot of money on my team. Please help EA this has been going on for a week and I’ve been missing out on coins challenges and exclusive sets.

Nothing works...how come we cannot obtain more assistance in regards to this??

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make changes in HUT lineup, save changes.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get booted out of HUT

I have had this problem for 6 days now.
I have talked 5-7 hours with EA Games chat and phone support without anything happend.
I have rebooted PS4
Wiped the PS4 clean and reinstalld NHL 19
I removed data from NHL 19
I deleted NHL 19 and re-installed it
I have opend the right ports
I have updated the PS4 software
I have checked NHL 19 out for updates
I have made my console the primary one
I have redone all licenses
I have restarted PS4 and router multiple times
I have done a network test to EA Games server
I have talked to my ISP and they are telling me nothing in the router is blocking anything
I have tried the console on 3 different ISP, same problem
I tried with network/LAN cable insted of wifi
The EA games chat support told me yesterday that the problem was with my ISP. But today they told me that the developers will fix the problem because its from their end and not mine. So over night the problem went from one way to the other. And, I was told to tell as many people as possible to contact the developers so "they get awarness of the bug", when did It become my responsibility to make sure EA Games fixes bugs?

I am also getting this error message anytime I try to change my lines in HUT. PSN ID bvbarmy99

Guys, I was advise yesterday to simply create a new lineup. That has resolved the issie for me. Create a nrw line up and erase the one with the error big and y'all set to go.
It is a shame that EA has not provide any assistance whatsoever after 1 case, 2 phones calls and a resolition list.
Again, create a new lineup and y'all be fine.

Is anyone still consistently receiving these errors?
If so, please let us know the following:
1. Explain exactly what you do that causes the issue
2. Your gamertag/PSN ID
3. The last day and time it occurred (also, specify your time zone)
