Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. This happens all over the map when in combat
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Shooting an opposing player

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? This has been happing at least once a match since season 5 came out

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
How severe is your issue?
What happens when the bug occurs? You can hear and see the animation when hitting a player but the game does not register damage. This happens when the opposing player has shields or not.
What should be happening instead? Damage should be properly registered
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It happens randomly in each fight but it does happen at least once a match.

How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? You can hear the bullet hit a player, and see the animation when the bullet hits but no number comes up it does not record the damage. This has happened a lot since season 5 started.
What should be happening instead? Damage should be registered
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It seems to happen at least once a game. It’s is random, however I have noticed that it happens more often with the wingman, r99, r-301.
