What happens when the bug occurs? I have opened over 500+ apex packs to my knowledge and no heirloom. Combine all season minus 4 and part of 3 and 5. Plus packs from bloodhound purchase event 300 packs I believe I have purchased over all plus I am level 451 right now. Not one heirloom drop. People are claiming have 500th opened pack is garunteed but it does not seem the case with me.
What should be happening instead? Relieving heirloom.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Find out how many packs I have actually opened.
